Breast augmentation in Seville

Breast augmentation in Seville often starts with a practical question rather than a medical one: at which of the two clinics do I book, and how do I organise getting there? Clínica EGOS holds consultations in Nervión and in Los Remedios, about two kilometres apart, and this page helps you choose: how to reach each one by metro, by Cercanías (Renfe's commuter trains) or by car, how far each is depending on whether you come from the Aljarafe, from Dos Hermanas or from another province, and what is worth being clear about before you book a date.

You can get to know the cosmetic surgery clinic in Seville Nervión and the one in Seville Los Remedios. How the operation itself works, the same at all our clinics, is in the breast augmentation page. This page deals with what changes when the consultation is in Seville.

Nervión or Los Remedios: which Seville clinic should I book with?

Both clinics are open from Monday to Friday, from ten in the morning to eight in the evening, according to their Google listings. Neither is better than the other: the difference is the neighbourhood, the access and where you are coming from. A useful criterion is to think about the appointments that will come after the first one, the check-ups, and to choose the clinic that is easiest for you to return to several times. Between the two there are about 2 kilometres by road, about three minutes without traffic, and by metro it is three stops on line 1, between the stations of Plaza de Cuba and San Bernardo.

Clínica EGOS in Nervión

It is at Calle Enramadilla, 8 (41018), in the Huerta de la Salud neighbourhood, next to San Bernardo, to the south-east of the centre. It suits you if you arrive by train at Santa Justa; if you come from Dos Hermanas, Alcalá de Guadaíra or Utrera; or if you use metro line 1 from Montequinto or Olivar de Quintos, which drops you at San Bernardo with no change. On Google, this clinic has a rating of 4.6 out of 5 with 22 reviews (checked on 21/10/2026).

Clínica EGOS in Los Remedios

It is at Calle Virgen de Luján, 30 A (Edificio La Pérgola, 41011), in the Los Remedios neighbourhood, on the other side of the river. It suits you if you come from the Aljarafe, if you arrive from Huelva on the A-49 or if you use line 1 from Ciudad Expo, five stops from Parque de los Príncipes. On Google, this clinic has a rating of 4.9 out of 5 with 117 reviews (checked on 21/10/2026).

If you are not yet sure whether it is a matter of volume or sagging

Before booking, it may help to read what options there are for a sagging breast: if what bothers you is mainly the sagging and not the size, the consultation may end up being about mastopexy and not augmentation, and it is better to know this before you arrive. And if what you notice is that one breast is larger than the other, the blog explains why one breast can be larger than the other.

How do I get to the Nervión clinic by metro, Cercanías, tram or car?

Anyone looking for breast augmentation in Seville from another part of the city or the province will appreciate knowing this beforehand. Distances are in a straight line from the clinic.

Are you coming from the Aljarafe, Dos Hermanas or another province for breast augmentation in Seville?

Can you get to your check-ups without a car on line 1 of the Seville Metro?

Yes. Both clinics are about five hundred metres or less from stations on the same line, line 1, which links the Aljarafe, the centre and Dos Hermanas with no changes. It runs from Ciudad Expo, in Mairena del Aljarafe, to Olivar de Quintos, in Dos Hermanas, and passes through San Juan de Aznalfarache, the Los Remedios neighbourhood, the centre, Nervión and Montequinto.

Counting stops: from Ciudad Expo to Parque de los Príncipes, which is the one for Los Remedios, there are five (Cavaleri, San Juan Alto, San Juan Bajo and Blas Infante before you arrive); from Ciudad Expo to San Bernardo, for Nervión, nine. From Montequinto to San Bernardo it is also nine, and from Olivar de Quintos, eleven. Between the two clinics, three stops separate Plaza de Cuba from San Bernardo.

According to Seville Metro, from Monday to Friday the first train leaves at 6:30 and the last at 23:00 or later, so it covers the clinics' opening hours, from ten in the morning to eight in the evening, with room to spare.

How do you get to the clinics from Santa Justa, the bus station or the airport?

From Santa Justa it is 2.2 kilometres by road to Nervión (3 minutes) and 3.9 to Los Remedios (6 minutes).

How does summer in Seville fit with the compression garment and the check-ups?

According to the AEMET normal values (1981-2010) for Seville Airport, July and August have average highs of 36.0 and 35.5 degrees and lows of around 20; June and September, highs of 32.2 and 31.7. The date of the operation is set by the surgeon with you, not by the weather calendar, but if your recovery falls in July or August you will wear the compression garment on nights of 20 degrees and go to your check-ups in 35 at midday: mention it at the consultation.

Who will operate on you in Seville and how can you check?

When you take the step towards breast surgery in Seville, the person who operates on you is a specialist in plastic surgery, registered with the medical association, from Clínica EGOS. At EGOS we look after every procedure from beginning to end. Before you book a date, we tell you in writing who will operate on you, with their registration number with the medical association, and at which centre, with its health registration number.

With that document you can check the surgeon's registration with their provincial medical association.

Which anaesthesia and which discharge arrangements should you ask about before fixing the date?

The anaesthesia for breast augmentation at EGOS is general or epidural, and the anaesthetist decides which according to your case. We plan an initial rest of 24 hours, although the operation is often outpatient and discharge comes a few hours later. Before fixing the date, ask to be told in writing which anaesthesia you will have, how long it lasts in your case, whether there will be an overnight stay at the centre and what the check-ups are like.

What is detailed in the quote for breast augmentation in Seville?

Without a prior examination no figure is possible: it is set by the technique chosen, the implant that is fitted and what is agreed. When the assessment ends, you have a quote in writing with each item itemised. Ask what covers the anaesthesia, the stay at the centre, the garments, the check-ups and what happens if any test has to be repeated. Compare it item by item with any other.

Frequently asked questions

Nervión or Los Remedios: which one suits me?

It depends on where you are coming from and which is easier for you to return to for check-ups. Nervión is next to the Cercanías halt and the San Bernardo metro station, and it is the most direct option if you come via Dos Hermanas, Utrera or Alcalá de Guadaíra; Los Remedios is closer to the Aljarafe and to the road out towards Huelva. Between the two there are about 2 kilometres.

Can I get to check-ups by metro from the Aljarafe or Dos Hermanas?

Yes. Line 1 runs from Ciudad Expo (Mairena del Aljarafe) to Olivar de Quintos (Dos Hermanas) with no changes: Parque de los Príncipes, 445 metres from Los Remedios, is five stops from Ciudad Expo, and San Bernardo, 225 metres from Nervión, is nine from Ciudad Expo or from Montequinto.

How do I book an appointment in Seville: by phone, by WhatsApp or online?

In all three ways, and also with the form on the website, where you state the clinic. For Nervión, +34 610 63 67 77; for Los Remedios, +34 637 09 83 99. The first assessment is personalised and with no obligation.

Is the operation done at the clinic where I have my consultation?

Before fixing the date we tell you in writing at which centre it will take place, with its health registration number, and who will operate on you, with their registration number with the medical association. You can check the registration with the medical association.

Where do I park near each clinic?

Both have pay car parks very close by. In Los Remedios, the underground “Virgen de Luján” is almost at the door, and the Parking Buenos Aires is a little further; in Nervión, the Parking Campamento, on the surface, is a hundred metres or so away.

I have implants and the breast screening letter from the Junta de Andalucía has arrived: do I go for the mammogram?

Yes. According to the NHS, having implants is not a reason to skip screening and a mammogram does not make an implant rupture. Tell whoever does it that you have implants: X-rays do not pass through them and the mammogram may have to be done in a different way. The Junta sends a letter every two years to women of the programme's age; if you are unsure whether it is your turn, ask at your health centre.

How much does breast augmentation in Seville cost?

The figure for your case comes after an examination, because it changes with the technique, the implant and what you agree. The assessment ends with a detailed written quote that you can put next to any other.
