CCCI – International Hair Surgery Center Barcelona and Clínica EGOS Merge
This agreement has been carried out through a profit-sharing merger, which will allow the gradual incorporation of the care model developed by CCCI. This model stands out for relying on advanced technological tools, including artificial intelligence, with the aim of supporting early diagnosis and the prevention of alopecia.
The CEO and surgeon of EGOS explained that this operation forms part of the company’s growth strategy:

New EGOS projects and clinic expansion
Following EGOS’s expansion, which already includes more than 30 centres across Spain, the company continues to move forward with its growth plan. A new hair clinic is scheduled to open in Barcelona in June, staffed by a team of more than ten specialised doctors.
In addition, the company plans to launch a new hospital facility located between Sant Cugat del Vallès and Rubí.
With these initiatives, EGOS continues to consolidate its position within the medical sector, focusing on innovation, sustainable growth and patient care.
