Dra. Marielyz Martínez

Dr. Marielyz Martínez is a specialist in General Surgery, with experience in minimally invasive surgery, bariatric surgery and reconstructive plastic surgery. Her medical practice is characterised by a comprehensive approach that prioritises patient safety, surgical excellence and ongoing scientific training.

She studied Medicine and then specialised in General Surgery at the University of Los Andes (Venezuela). She has complemented her training with studies in Aesthetic and Regenerative Medicine, Basic and Advanced Life Support certification (BLS/ACLS) and training in advanced laparoscopic surgery, building a career focused on innovation and continuous improvement.

She is currently part of the surgical team at Clínica EGOS (Madrid), where she takes part in plastic, aesthetic and reconstructive surgery procedures. She combines her clinical work with ongoing training in bariatric and metabolic surgery and advanced digestive endoscopy, reaffirming her commitment to innovation, minimally invasive surgery and continuous improvement to provide safe, personalised, top-quality surgical care.
