Dr. Edgar Carmona Huamán is a specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery. He is currently a member of the Spanish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery (SECPRE), where he continues his research activity.
He completed his specialty in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery via the MIR program in Seville, with a special interest in the fields of reconstructive surgery and microsurgery.
During this training period, he completed rotations at national reference hospitals such as Hospital La Paz (Madrid), Hospital Bellvitge (Barcelona), and Teknon Medical Center (Barcelona). He has complemented this activity with courses and congresses focused on both microsurgery and aesthetic surgery, particularly excelling in rhinoplasty. Additionally, he maintains an active role in research with presentations, oral communications, and articles presented through SECPRE.
